Who can apply

The applicant must be a permanent resident of Uttarakhand.; The applicant must belong to a Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe community.; The applicant's annual income should not exceed ₹1,05,600 in rural areas and ₹1,29,840 in urban areas.
