What you get

Under this scheme, selected eligible beneficiaries receive financial assistance of ₹130,000/- for house construction. Beneficiaries are also provided ₹12,000/- for toilet construction under convergence with MGNREGA/Swajal, along with 95 man-days of labour employment from MGNREGA. After the house is completed, the State Government provides an additional ₹6,000/- for purchasing kitchen utensils as per the Hon’ble Chief Minister’s announcement.

Who can apply

The applicant must be a resident of Uttarakhand.; The selection of eligible beneficiaries for housing is done based on the “Social, Economic and Caste Census 2011 (SECC-2011)” and the Awaas Plus Permanent Waiting List.
