What you get
After the presentation of cultural programmes by groups/folk singers enlisted with the Culture Department on the occasion of traditional fairs, festivals, celebrations, and national festivals organized within or outside the state, the following honorarium and allowances are payable: | - Group Leader: Honorarium of ₹1,000/- and travelling allowance of ₹500/-. | - Other Artists: Honorarium of ₹800/- each and travelling allowance of ₹400/- each. | - Folk Singers: | - Category A: ₹7,500/- as honorarium. | - Category B: ₹4,250/- as honorarium. | - Travelling allowance: ₹300/- along with ordinary bus fare or second-class rail fare for the journey.
