The student must have secured at least 80% marks in the Uttarakhand Board Examination of Class 10 while studying in a state government school or a government-aided non-government school (excluding central and residential schools).; The student must maintain 75% attendance and 75% marks in Class 11. SC/ST students will be given a 5% relaxation in marks and attendance in the board examination.; There is no income criterion for the parent/guardian of the student under this scholarship.; The student cannot avail benefits under multiple state scholarship schemes simultaneously
