What you get

Rate of Scholarship: | - For Class 6th Students: ₹600/- per month for 1 year.- For Class 7th Students: ₹700/- per month for 1 year.- For Class 8th Students: ₹800/- per month for 1 year.

Who can apply

The student must have passed Class 5 (institutional) from a Government School or Government-aided private school of the state (excluding Central and Residential schools) and must be studying in Class 6.; The applicant must qualify in the competitive examination conducted by SCERT, Uttarakhand.; Based on the examination results, a student securing a position in the top 10% of the total participants will be eligible to avail the benefits of this scheme.; The selected student must maintain a minimum of 75% attendance and secure at least 60% marks in Classes 6 and 7. For SC/ST students, a relaxation of 5% is provided in both marks and attendance requirements.; There is no income criterion for the parents/guardians of the student under this scholarship.; A student cannot avail double benefits under multiple state scholarship schemes.
