Who can apply

The applicant must be a native of Rajasthan.; The applicant should be self-employed or a student pursuing senior higher secondary education.; The applicant must have a 50% or more locomotor disability.; The annual family (parents/guardians including applicant's income, if any) income should not exceed ₹2,50,000/-.; The applicant's age must be 18 years or older.; The applicant must have prior experience in operating a vehicle and hold a valid driving license.
