- Monthly entitlements for SUW & MAM children in the 6 months to 3 years category for a period of 75 days will be as follows: | Sl. After graduating to normal category, the child will continue to get Take Home Ration under the Supplementary Nutrition Programme (SNP) programme. - During this period (i.e.) from the day of enrolment, regular SNP entitlements will be discontinued. | - Regular growth monitoring and medical examination of all SUW & MAM children will be undertaken monthly during the VHSND by Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM) and on the event of any medical complications child needs to be referred to the Community Health Centre (CHС). | - If the child has not graduated to normal category or cured even after 75 days of enrolment, the child may be referred to the nearest CHC and based on the suggestion from the doctor, the child can be again enrolled under MSPY for one more cycle only.
