Who can apply

The applicant should be a permanent resident of Nagaland State.; The applicant should belong to Scheduled Tribe (ST) or General category.; The applicant should have secured a minimum of 60% marks in the last qualifying examination if belonging to the ST category.; The applicant should have secured a minimum of 75% marks in the last qualifying examination if belonging to the General category.; The applicant should be pursuing a Higher Professional course approved by the North Eastern Council (NEC).
