Destitute-aged people above 60 years. (or); Widow (Kalyani) should be above 18 years of age and should not be an income taxpayer. (or); Unmarried women who are above 50 years of age and not an income taxpayer. (or); Abandoned women, who are 18 years to 59 years of age and living below the poverty line. (or); Diable persons who are above 6 to 18 years of age whose disability is 40% or more and not income taxpayers. (or); All inmates living in old age homes whose age is more than 60 years.
