Tangible Benefits | - Provides a cash reward of ₹25,000 to individuals (“Rah-Veers”) who save the life of an accident victim by taking them to a hospital within the Golden Hour. | - Selected “Rah-Veers” may be nominated for national-level awards by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH). | - The MoRTH Evaluation Committee selects the top 10 Rah-Veers nationwide, each awarded ₹1,00,000, a certificate, and a trophy at the National Road Safety Mission (NRSM) in New Delhi. | - Each individual can be awarded a maximum of 5 times per year under this scheme. | Mode of Disbursement | - The payment is made online directly to the beneficiary’s bank account through the Public Financial Management System (PFMS). | Frequency of Disbursement | - One-time per eligible instance, up to a maximum of 5 instances per year. | Expected Time of Disbursement | - The payment is processed within 1 month after the District Evaluation Committee’s approval.

The applicant should be a resident of Madhya Pradesh.; The applicant should be any individual (citizen or resident) who voluntarily assists a road accident victim in a motor vehicle-related accident.; The applicant must have helped the victim reach a hospital within the Golden Hour, ensuring the victim’s survival.
