This penalty deduction will only occur after a hearing has been granted by the designated Supply Officer/Collector. | Conditions | - The beneficiary must ensure the purchase of a vehicle within the capacity range of 7.5 Metric Tons (+/- 10%). | - The beneficiary must utilize the vehicle for lifting and transporting allocated food grains from the Madhya Pradesh State Civil Supplies Corporation center to the fair price shops for 7 years. | - The beneficiary must obtain a bank loan, as the Central Bank of India is designated to provide the loan for vehicle purchase.
