How can an applicant apply under the scheme?
A senior citizen desirous to avail the benefit of the scheme should fill up an application in the prescribed proforma in two copies and submit the same at the nearest tahsil or sub-tahsil before the prescribed time limit. Photo and address proof should be affixed to the application. A ration card, Driving license, electricity bill, voter's identity card, or any other evidence recognized by the State Government will be accepted as address proof.
