Who can apply

The applicant should have been residing regularly in the Gram Panchayat for at least five years.; The age of the applicant should be between 18 and 59 years.; The applicant should be capable of performing wage labor.; The applicant should earn his livelihood by working as a laborer in agriculture, horticulture, afforestation, collection of forest produce, fishing, etc.; Neither the applicant nor any member of his family should own agricultural land.
