Compensation Amount: | - In case of death: ₹4,00,000 is paid to the deceased’s legal heir or family member after deducting any temporary assistance already given and the actual cost of medical treatment before death.- In case of injury: Actual medical expenses are reimbursed, along with ₹500 per day (maximum ₹50,000) if hospitalized, after deducting any temporary assistance already provided. | Expected Time of Disbursement: | - Within 3 working days in case of death. | - Within 7 working days in case of injury. | Mode of Disbursement: | - The payment is made directly to the beneficiary’s bank account via e-payment.

The applicant must be a resident of Madhya Pradesh.; The applicant should be a victim of a wild animal attack, resulting in injury or death.; The applicant should submit proof that the injury or death was caused by a wild animal (excluding snakes, monitor lizards, and other poisonous creatures).; In the case of death, the applicant must be a legal heir, family member, or relative of the deceased person.
