- Financial assistance ranging from ₹25,000 to ₹2,00,000 for major surgeries or medical interventions. | NOTE: | - The SIF assistance amount cheque is provided directly to the Hospital/Institution where the approved case (patient) is referred. | - The grant will be permissible for the recognized hospitals within the state & outside the state. | - For cancer cases, the grant will be given to the JLN Cancer Hospital, Bhopal.

Who can apply

The applicant must be a domicile of Madhya Pradesh.; The applicant must belong to a Below Poverty Line (BPL) family.; The applicant must be suffering from a [disease listed](https://www.health.mp.gov.in/sites/default/files/siaf-approved-rate-list-2018.pdf) among the approved illnesses under the scheme.1. The hospital must be a recognized institution within or outside Madhya Pradesh.; Only one eligible family member can receive assistance once.
