Who can apply

The applicants must be a resident of Himachal Pradesh state.; Such elderly persons whose age is 60 years or more and who do not have proper means of care/upbringing and who have minor children and whose family annual income from all sources does not exceed ₹ 35,000/- Or;; Such elderly persons whose annual family income from all sources does not exceed ₹ 35000/- are eligible for the scheme.
