Who can apply

The applicant must be a resident of Haryana and possess a valid Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP).; The applicant must submit an undertaking in the DPR/SCP to bear all operational, maintenance, and post-construction management costs, and to ensure the continuous operation of the ice plant/cold storage.; The applicant must note that central assistance will be provided based on the actual cost, within the overall ceiling specified under the relevant PMMSY sub-components.; The applicant must ensure that the ice produced is supplied to fishers and fish farmers at an affordable price.; The applicant must either own the project land or hold it on a long-term registered lease of at least 10 years to be eligible.
