The applicant should be between 18 to 55 years of age.; The applicant should be a permanent resident of Haryana.; The annual family income of the applicant should not exceed ₹3,00,000/- in both rural and urban areas.; The applicant should belong to Backward Classes.; The applicant should have obtained admission for any professional and technical courses approved by an appropriate agency, such as AICTE, Medical Council of India, UGC, etc., in a duly accredited/recognised institute.; The applicant should have a minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying exam, i.e., the exam whose qualification is a prerequisite for the course.; The applicant should have a Pariwar Pehchan Patra (PPP ID).
