The applicant should be a resident of Gujarat.; The applicant should be a student.; The applicant should belong to the Scheduled Tribe (ST) category.; The applicant should be enrolled in a state government industrial training institute (ITI), or a government-recognized Private ITI, or a recognized one-year professional course.; The applicant’s family annual income should not exceed ₹1,20,000 in rural areas.; The applicant’s family annual income should not exceed ₹1,50,000 in urban areas.
