This decision is based on the nature and scope of the project, the reputation of the institution, and taking into consideration the overall impact on the society.- Fund Restriction: The Department/Government may restrict the number of institutions according to the availability of funds.- Disbursement: The amount is disbursed to the eligible institution(s)/individual(s) in the form of a cheque, after the Director of Art and Culture obtains Government approval based on the Sub-Committee's recommendations.
