The applicant should be an unemployed person.; The applicant's age should be between 18-30 years.; The applicant's total family income of parents should not exceed ₹ 1,50,000/- per annum.; The applicants should have a minimum of two years of registration in the Special Employment Exchange in the U.T. Chandigarh.; The applicants should have been residing in U.T. Chandigarh for at least three years immediately before the submission.
