The Hostel Superintendent uploads the list of students online, which is verified by the District Welfare Officer. The approved list is then processed by the Director, Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe Welfare Department, and the grant amount is transferred to students' bank accounts via PFMS.

The scheme is monitored through monthly meetings of the Hostel Steering Committee at the district level, and by the Divisional Deputy Director, Welfare, who ensures proper implementation and submits monthly reports.
