Who is Eligible?

To be eligible for the scheme, applicants must be: | • a permanent resident of Assam and presently residing in Assam | • registered tea garden worker or employee, excluding TE management, engaged in an officially recognised Tea Garden of Assam | • hold an active AADHAAR-linked bank account in a scheduled commercial bank.
