What is the objective of the CCDP?
The CCDP aims to strengthen sustainable agriculture-based livelihoods, improve farmer socio-economic security, promote organized marketing of horticultural products, and increase productivity and income of horticulture farmers.
Who is eligible to apply for assistance under the CCDP?
Only Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) registered under the Companies Act in Haryana are eligible to submit project proposals and avail assistance under the scheme.

The CCDP excludes projects not proposed by eligible FPOs, FPOs with inadequate financial strength or a disputed status, and those not meeting the minimum shareholder and horticulture crop area requirements.
What documents are required for the CCDP application?
The required documents may include a completed project proposal form, FPO registration certificate, list of Directors and applicants, business plan, financial statements, bank account details, and land ownership or lease documents.
What is the assistance pattern under the CCDP?
The assistance ranges from 70% to 90% of the eligible project cost for various components, such as collection centers, primary processing centers, packing and packaging materials, allied activities, e-platforms, and retail outlets.
How is the assistance disbursed?
The assistance is released in three installments of 25%, 40%, and 35% based on the progress of the project, utilization of previous installments, achievement of physical milestones, and completion of the project.
